What’s new in my suite, you ask?

BUILT BETTER (With the awards to prove it)

The Residences were built to far exceed building code standards of 2005 and are still above code today.

Much of that is thanks to our hallmark Insulating Concrete Form (ICF) system, used on the perimeter walls. This, along with the concrete and steel structure results in a stronger building that also muffles outside noises, keeping your space nice and quiet.

And all windows are double-glazed with e-argon glass so your temperature remains steady.

As part of a master-planned neighbourhood, Mont Blanc Terrace won the Best ICF Development at the ICF Awards and an Honourable Mention from the Urban Development Institute of Nova Scotia.
